Returns & Refunds

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To start a return, email info@indoorcyclingsolutions.com with your order number and the items you want to send back, and we will confirm the return address and next steps.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and checked. Faulty items are covered separately under the manufacturer warranty.
